Our Ladies classes are fantastic fun and full of energy. Come along to get fit, learn a new skill or advance your existing martial arts skills, make new friends, stay healthy or simply burn off that extras slice of birthday cake. You can join these classes at any level, from beginner through to the more advanced martial artist.
